Grace Peterson as Kinley in the 2024 Northwestern University Production

What began as class doodles and a freshman dorm poster soon became a solo performance piece where I, in fact, ran around my college campus with chainsaw tits.
Over my college career, this character kept mutating across mediums; she was a limited series, a comic strip, a short film, a feature--but there's nothing quite like being in the same room as a girl with killer tits. So, stage play it is.
The play’s first fully staged production was directed by Lila Marooney in 2024 with Sit n’ Spin Productions, Northwestern University’s experimental theatre board. Since then, the play has gone through several drafts and was selected for an industry showcase in NYC hosted by Cherubs Productions and Western Star Entertainment at ArtXNYC. Chainsaw Tits is now in development with Lucy Harrington directing for a planned New York premiere in 2026, with musical composition by Kyu Park.
"Okay, so what if there's this girl, right?
But she has chainsaws for tits?"
Kinley, a sheltered girl whose overprotective mother surgically attached chainsaws to her chest at the first sign of puberty, escapes to surgically remove her burdensome saws...only to be mistaken for a performance artist and thrust into stardom at a crumbling haunted house.
Chainsaw Tits is a 90 minute body-horror comedy with rock music that asks, “in the wake of violation, how do we shake the cycles of surviving
and find a way to live again?"
